• 3:30 PM : Meet at Limon at McDonalds (James Bledsoe) or at the Punkin Center (Adam Nuss)

• 3:45-6:30 PM : Ranch Tour

• 6:00-7:30 PM : Dinner – Smoked Tri-Tips with various sides

Saturday:

• Meeting at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds (33747 County Rd 2W, Hugo, CO 80821) – Building of meeting will be “Ellis Allen”

• 8:00- 9:00 AM : Registration and Check-In 

• 9:00- 10:30 AM : Will Committee Meetings and Resolutions Discussion

• 10:45-11:15 AM : Todd Inglee (Colorado Brand Board) 

• 11:15- 12:15 PM : Shad Sullivan “Beef & Liberty”

• 12:15-1:00 PM : Lunch - Brisket sandwich, sides and dessert

• 1:00-3:00 PM : Panel Discussion (Speakers: Dr. Lora Bledsoe; Eric Christian; Ronnie Pope)

• 3:00-3:15 PM : Break 

• 3:15-4:15 : Business Meeting 

• 4:15-5:00 : Bill Bullard (R-CALF USA)  “America’s Sheep and Cattle Crisis Persists”

• 5:00-6:00 PM : Break & Social Hour (Donated by Bledsoe Family Ranch)

• 6:00- 7:00 PM : Dinner - Prime Rib and fixings

• 7:00- 8:00 PM : Live & Silent Auction and gun raffle
